Our Carter County Courthouse
This video deals with highlights of history that surrounded the courthouse. We will take you up into the bell tower to get a look at it's unique construction and of course the bell. There are interviews with people who have spent a lot of time in this building and tell their story of witnessing history in this place. We'll tour the records room and see some historic documents. There is much to see in this volume.
